Nik entered the performance world as an athlete first. Working with a strength coach early on showed him something important — getting stronger is powerful, but it’s only part of the performance equation.
During his undergraduate studies in kinesiology and neuroscience, Nik interned in high-performance environments including Michigan State University and Driveline Baseball. Those experiences exposed him to different training philosophies, athlete monitoring systems, and long-term development models that shaped how he approaches performance today.
Over the past two years, he has worked directly with athletes in the weight room while conducting motor learning research and studying how neuroscience principles can inform training. His approach blends structured strength development with long-term athletic progression, focusing on building durable, powerful athletes rather than chasing short-term spikes.
Nik is currently pursuing graduate-level work while continuing to coach and refine systems for baseball strength and physical development.
