An informal resume.
I obtained my Bachelor's in Kinesiology from Michigan State University and (soon to be) Neuroscience from mostly the same institution.
Working with athletes for two years and surrounding myself with some of the greatest minds in sport, I have developed philosophy for human performance—athletes and myself—and have worked to integrate neuroscience principles into performance.
Currently at Driveline Baseball, I conduct research and create robust athletes in the weightroom, pushing the performance field onward.
